How
free are you to be yourself in your relationships? Do you want more
authenticity, spontaneity, tenderness, understanding, humor,
forgiveness, and fun in your relationships?
Relationships give life meaning and value. Recent brain research
indicates that our identities and even our minds develop in the
context of human relationships.
Inevitably in every relationship conflicts arise. Sometimes
conflicts remain hidden and unexpressed. Strain, pretense and
unresolved conflict make life difficult. But conflicts can be
stimulating and enriching as well as destructive.
