What to Expect

During the first session, we will explore where you come from, what your life has been like up until now, what your concerns are and
your goals.  We will look at what you have done or had in life that has worked for you, and look at what may have contributed to your
current dilemma.  We will identify goals and discuss how we may best address them. We will examine the beliefs and experiences that serve you, as well as those that cause problems. My approach is soothing, respectful and practical.  I welcome the opportunity to be a part of your very important journey as you discover ways to improve your life.
